Over the past 20 years at ATMS & Co LLP, I’ve had the honor of leading People Management, witnessing our team grow from a close-knit group of 20 to a strong and vibrant community of over 200. I’ve had the privilege of being the Head of Wealth Management for over a decade, working closely with many of you to strengthen portfolios and create wealth.
Kindness, much like compounding, grows quietly and leaves behind a legacy that truly matters. I’ve always believed that true wealth lies not just in financial abundance but also in what we can do for others. One of the most fulfilling initiatives during this journey has been our annual Good Deed Week, a heartfelt attempt to spread kindness and inspire purposeful giving. Good Deed Week is a 7-day celebration of kindness, where each day focuses on a different way to help others. We plant trees, share food with those in need, visit NGOs, run awareness sessions, and support underprivileged communities. Employees, clients, and friends come together to share their time, skills, or resources. These small acts of care and giving come together to create a big, positive change that lasts well beyond the week.
Over the years, as an initiative of our Good Deed Week, we have had the opportunity to visit many NGOs, interact with passionate social activists, and support their efforts at a firm level.
Yet, I often felt that something more needed to be done; there was a burning desire to contribute at a deeper and more impactful level.
That’s when a thought struck me: On one hand, we have our esteemed clients at ATMS who genuinely want to give back, and on the other hand, we also know of many NGOs who are doing meaningful work but need more support. Why not bridge this gap and help connect our clients to these NGOs?
This is how the seed for our CSR Advisory was planted.
I am happy to share that we are now actively enabling our clients to channel their Corporate Social Responsibility efforts in more focused and impactful ways by identifying credible NGOs, curating cause-based partnerships, and ensuring that their Giving creates maximum value for both society and the donor.

– Led the washroom construction project, ensuring safe, hygienic facilities for hundreds of girls
– Collaborating with Akshaypatra to provide a nutritious lunch to 100 students of Aarna school.
